I trust you all had a great Christmas and New Year's holiday. As we're officially embarking on a new year, we're excited about things currently on the board for 2018.
2017 was a year of change, definition, and growth for PipeSmith; not the least of these being the introduction of the G5 (5th Generation) platform with an improved Fire Kit, spring-loaded/ self-adjusting 510 connector, the ability to fire down to 0.5 Ohm, and improved Fire Button. The G5 revision not only allowed the design changes for a nicer open-faced shank pipe, but also the introduction of the "SC" (slip cover) pipe option in the primary pipe model lines; an option previously only offered in the "Limited" builds, and at a much greater expense for the user. We also introduced for the first time in the standard model line up an 18650 pipe body with the "NOMAD".
For 2018, the current plans are to continue to advance, promote, and build on this pipe platform. As we continue to develop the best pipes on the planet, my goal is to continue to refine the very definition of the pipe of the future, as PipeSmith continues to grow globally in setting the bar of what should be expected in the best of vaping devices.
There is also a strong possibility of additional pipe models being added to the line up:
The "Huntmaster" - the slightly larger, 18650 version of the ever-popular "Huntsman" model - is currently being evaluated for suitability for placement in the standard model offerings in both standard and "SC" configuration.
The often-requested "Stalker" model may see a re-introduction; there's still some work to be settled with the design/ build parameters before determination can be made for suitability, but it is being pursued.
There is also design being considered for a couple of additional models; these are still in the preliminary stages.
We're also working on an increased exposure footprint through different advertising campaigns, promotions, and, of course, the always important direct referrals from you, the user.
In closing, I'd like to thank all of the PipeSmith community for your continued support and patronage, as these are the fuel to run this machine. As always - if there be anything at all that I can ever help with, don't hesitate to let me know.
Instead of quipping some campy line or empty goals for a "New Year's Resolution", I think it more promising for the year's driving motivation to again commit to "The PipeSmith Rules":
