I've one more thing to add chaps .. after about a week, I went back to the centre post 'nut' (5mm under the 510 connector) and give it another 1/4 turn as I found it to be leaking, ever so slightly .. I'm sure when I first did it, it was fully tight but after that week, I got the smallest amount of movement on it and now it's bone dry.
Perhaps it was just me not tightening it enough in the first instance but if like me, you notice a small amount of juice around the 510 connector, give that a go.

***Fasttech now has the replacement deck insulators for the Kayfun Prime - these will fit and work in the V3 Mini without modification to prevent the (+) block from twisting out of alignment***

For the issue gurgling KMV3 , a question: The part should be cut/ sanded/ filed/ is the part n. 7 ? (See attached photo) If yes, he left side or right side, ie the finest or the thickest part?

Thank you for your interest in PipeSmith.
Yes, the part referred to in the o-ring update is #7 - Center Post Insulator.
With an understanding of how this insulator is seated in the tank, the insulator has a larger diameter base, with a smaller diameter upper shoulder; it is this upper shoulder that I remove in order to make room for the o-ring that we're adding in.
